The RKC C-License is the next step on your journey to becoming a professional kettlebell coach. It builds on the foundations of the D-License and teaches you how to analyze, instruct, and specifically improve fundamental movement patterns with the kettlebell.

What you will learn in the RKC C-License Certification

Understanding the Major Movement Patterns with the Kettlebell

At the core is the training of Hinge, Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Carry, and TGU – the fundamental movements of any functional training plan. You will learn:

  • How to train and instruct these patterns with the kettlebell
  • What mobility, stability, and strength are involved
  • How to structure and correct movement steps

Technique Development Step by Step

You will receive clear, proven sequences that allow you to effectively teach kettlebell techniques:

  • 2H Swing Development: From hip hinge to clean swing
  • 1H Swing Development: Timing, rotation, power transfer
  • Turkish Get Up Development: Step-by-step control and stability
  • Deadlift Variants & Loaded Carries: Back engagement and posture training

Safe Coaching with a System

Good training starts with good observation. In the C-License, you will learn:

  • How to conduct screenings like toe touch, plank, or bear crawl
  • How to identify technical deficits and address them systematically
  • How to provoke and correct errors with simple means
  • How to effectively use tactile, verbal, and visual feedback

Connecting Strength, Technique, and Breathing

Technique alone is not enough. In the C-License, you will learn how to:

  • Synchronize breathing with movement (Hardstyle Breathing)
  • Build and utilize tension purposefully (Standing Plank, Lockout)
  • Develop technique with the right timing and focus

Training Planning for Advanced Practitioners

You will learn how to design RKC programs that go beyond individual sessions:

  • Templates for long-term progression
  • Purposeful use of ladders, sets, and timed sets
  • Movement instead of muscle group as a planning basis

Exam Preparation: Demonstrating Technique

The RKC C-License concludes with a practical exam:

  • Technique Test Turkish Get Up: Stability, control, precision
  • RKC 100 Swing Test: Resilience and clean technique under time pressure
