The kettlebell - Your ego, The community -

The kettlebell - Your ego, The community -

The kettlebell can give you everything or nothing! Your ego can enable you to do everything or nothing! The community can show you everything or nothing! What, dear sports friends, do I mean by that? To get started properly and to understand and respect the kettlebell as a training tool, it's best to attend an Enter the Kettlebell seminar! There, you will learn from passionate, dedicated, and RKC School of Strength certified trainers and instructors, regardless of your own physical abilities, how you can continuously improve with the kettlebell in sports and in life.

But caution is advised, for once you have fallen for the Black Beauty (kettlebell), there is immense potential for addiction to more! Captivated by the idea of becoming even better, stronger, and more capable in everyday life and work, you ride the wave of all-encompassing power. What could possibly happen, your iron-doped ego is also on board, right? You will learn everything you need at the seminar to train independently of time and place. The rest you can pull from the internet and read in established blogs. Your ego will confirm that! But therein lies the danger! The community offers so much information that you can quickly get lost in the flood of information and stray from the actual path. You will continue to advance with your performance! But is the quality of your movements okay? Are you able to objectively assess the quality of your movements?

In this case, I must disagree with you. Your ego and a mirror are poor advisors!

Incorrect movement patterns can easily become ingrained, especially at the beginning, and if performed for too long, are difficult to correct. That’s why our guiding principle in the RKC community is "Movement quality always comes before movement quantity."

Start right in your training with the Black Beauties, ride the wave of euphoria, but don’t ride alone! Take breaks, send your ego on vacation, and allow for a check by a certified trainer and instructor! Because all certified trainers and instructors have many years of experience with the Black Beauties and must regularly prove this.

I guarantee it will help you!

Did you know?

that a study by the American Council on Exercise has shown that a 20-minute kettlebell workout burns as much energy as a tempo run over 5300 meters at an average speed of 3:45 minutes per kilometer!
