When kettlebells first entered the wider fitness world, RKC helped define how they were taught. John and Pavel started the movement, but RKC was never the work of one person or one company alone. It grew from decades of experience, practical coaching, proven methods, and a community that cared deeply about doing things the right way.

A lot has changed since then. The company that originally managed RKC is gone, but the knowledge, the standards, and the people never disappeared. We're still here, and so is the idea that made RKC different from the very beginning.
