Secret weapon kettlebell - an assessment of kettlebell training -

After completing my military service, I knew I had to make some changes in my life regarding fitness!

So I began to delve more into strength and endurance sports. When I stumbled upon kettlebell training about six years later, I quickly realized that this method is perfect for getting fit quickly and staying fit for the long term.

Training with the kettlebell is very interesting, challenges both body and mind, and leads to quick results when performed correctly.

The more time you invest, the faster and more intensely the training will impact you! Furthermore, this method costs only a fraction of a gym membership.

It is important to connect body and mind. You must always perform the exercises with focus; otherwise, the technical execution suffers, and the risk of injury increases.

In our fast-paced world, kettlebell training offers a real alternative. Focus, patience, and concentration are essential! You cannot simply let your thoughts wander or rush through the exercises.

Many people have already forgotten the natural movement patterns that kettlebell training relies on, so the initial entry can be difficult.

Caution is advised with more serious existing injuries. For kettlebell training, the body must be absolutely healthy.

I have also injured myself several times in my free time. Recently, I hurt my shoulder and overstretched the ligaments in a mountain biking accident. Unfortunately, that means you can do very little, and you must give your body time to regenerate and heal before you can start training again.

In conclusion, I can say: The best thing that could happen to me in terms of fitness is discovering kettlebell training!

I maintain my body weight, my core is stronger than ever, and my body control and coordination have significantly improved! Additionally, I achieve better performance in all other sports activities than before!

Did you know?

KB training is an important part of the daily sports program in the Russian army! Specifically for soldiers, it makes no sense to train only individual body parts intensively while completely neglecting other muscle groups. The training goal should be to achieve a complete muscular system without weak points. KB training challenges both body and mind! Of course, this also applies to us civilians! Through training, one is better equipped for daily work life and physically more resilient.
