Additional information
  • Who is the RKC B-License suitable for?

The RKC B-License – for those who want more

You want to do more than just train with kettlebells; you want to become stronger, more enduring, and more mobile – and pass that on to your clients?
Then the RKC B-License is made for you.

This is no longer just about fitness. The B-License is all about General Physical Preparedness (GPP): This means developing a broad athletic base with kettlebells – functional, powerful, and enduring.

    You will learn:

    • How to teach complex kettlebell techniques like Snatch and Clean
    • How to structure grinds like Military Press and Front Squat
    • How to identify and correct mobility and stability deficits
    • How to apply the RKC GPP system – for long-term performance development

Your clients – for whom you train

The RKC B-License is aimed at coaches who work with people who want more than just a six-pack:
    They want to actually improve.

Whether an ambitious hobby athlete, a motivated everyday person, or an athlete in the off-season – your clients recognize:
👉 Looking more athletic and feeling more athletic only happens when you truly become more athletic.

With the B-License, you not only build technique – you develop real performance.
And that sets you apart from everyone else.

Now it gets serious – get your red T-shirt.

  • What you will learn in the RKC B-License certification

    Grinds, Ballistics & Double Work

The B-License makes you an expert in the application of complex kettlebell techniques:

    • Snatch & Clean – in theory, practice, and didactics
    • Military Press & Front Squat – including variations like Bottom-Up Press
    • Double Kettlebell Techniques – safe handling, clean rack position, and coaching of double loads
    • Tension techniques and breathing – especially in the grind

You will learn structured sequences to build all these movements clearly and effectively.

    Recognizing and Correcting Errors

Technique alone is not enough. You will learn:

    • To identify common errors in Snatch, Clean, Press, and Squat
    • To counteract them safely with targeted exercises and correction strategies
    • How to individually consider different body types, mobility levels, and strengths

Training Goal: GPP – General Physical Preparedness

The focus is on your clients' performance – not just good training, but concrete improvement. You will learn:

    • What GPP means with the kettlebell – and what it does not
    • Which movement patterns need to be covered
    • How to combine training stimuli for strength, endurance, and flexibility
    • How to always consider and address deficits

    Planning RKC-GPP Cycles

You will receive tools to develop complete GPP training cycles:

    • The official GPP template of the RKC
    • Categorized exercise selection (Category A / B / Finisher)
    • Integration of corrections into every training session
    • Planning of group programs with individual adjustments

    Systematic Mobility and Stability Corrections

Based on the tests of the C-License, you will learn to specifically address deficits:

    • Corrections for Toe Touch, Overhead Reach, Deep Squat, Plank, Crawl
    • Exercises like Jefferson Curl, Deep Lunge Rotation, Stickwork, Contract-Relax
    • Integration into your GPP training – not as an add-on, but as part of the system

    Bottom-Up Press & Double Work

The B-License opens up access to advanced training methods:

    • Bottom-Up Pressing to improve grip strength and shoulder stability
    • Double Front Squats & Double Cleans for symmetrical strength development
    • Safety in coaching double loads

    Exam: The RKC 120 Test

The practical final exam demands not only technique but also performance:

    • 120 repetitions in 6 exercises in 5 minutes
    • Strict technical standards and No-Count principle
    • Can be completed online or on-site – under clear criteria

The RKC B-License: Your Transformation from Trainer to GPP Coach

With the B-License, you will become more than a technique instructor.
You will be a coach for general physical preparedness – with system, structure, and measurable results.
