Additional information
  • Who is the RKC C-License suitable for?

You have gained some experience with kettlebell training, perhaps even taught classes regularly – but now you want more. You want to understand what really lies behind the perfect swing. You want to help your clients learn the Turkish get up not just somehow, but really well. Welcome to the RKC C-License.

It is more than just a foundational course: it is the entry into real coaching.

The RKC C-License – For those who want to teach seriously

This license is just right for you if you:

    • already train or teach with kettlebells,
    • want to know how to convey complex movements precisely,
    • want to deeply enhance your competence as a coach.

The C-License is the moment when you transition from course leader to movement teacher. You will receive tools to help people move better – not just train harder.

Your clients – What sets them apart

The RKC C-License is aimed at coaches who work with so-called everyday athletes – that is, people who:

    • are willing to invest time and focus into clean technique,
    • want to understand how movement works,
    • want to train with kettlebells safely and sustainably in the long term.

Whether young or old, athletic or non-athletic – the common ground is the willingness to learn correctly.

Competence Profile – What you can do after the training

After successfully completing the RKC C-License, you can:

    • teach the kettlebell swing and the Turkish get up safely and with nuance,
    • specifically support your clients in developing technique, stability, and coordination,
    • create and individually adapt simple training plans,
    • design kettlebell courses and seminars with a structured methodology.

With the RKC C-License, you build real coaching know-how – solid, clear, and practical.

This license is the next logical step for anyone who does not just want to lead a workout but wants to get the best out of their clients.
Become a movement teacher – and take your kettlebell skills to the next level.

  • What you will learn in the RKC C-License Certification

Understanding the Major Movement Patterns with the Kettlebell

At the core is the training of Hinge, Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Carry, and TGU – the fundamental movements of any functional training plan. You will learn:

    • How to train and instruct these patterns with the kettlebell
    • What mobility, stability, and strength are involved
    • How to structure and correct movement steps

    Technique Development Step by Step

You will receive clear, proven sequences that allow you to effectively teach kettlebell techniques:

    • 2H Swing Development: From hip hinge to clean swing
    • 1H Swing Development: Timing, rotation, power transfer
    • Turkish Get Up Development: Step-by-step control and stability
    • Deadlift Variants & Loaded Carries: Back engagement and posture training

    Safe Coaching with a System

Good training starts with good observation. In the C-License, you will learn:

    • How to conduct screenings like toe touch, plank, or bear crawl
    • How to identify technical deficits and address them systematically
    • How to provoke and correct errors with simple means
    • How to effectively use tactile, verbal, and visual feedback

    Connecting Strength, Technique, and Breathing

Technique alone is not enough. In the C-License, you will learn how to:

    • Synchronize breathing with movement (Hardstyle Breathing)
    • Build and utilize tension purposefully (Standing Plank, Lockout)
    • Develop technique with the right timing and focus

    Training Planning for Advanced Practitioners

You will learn how to design RKC programs that go beyond individual sessions:

    • Templates for long-term progression
    • Purposeful use of ladders, sets, and timed sets
    • Movement instead of muscle group as a planning basis

    Exam Preparation: Demonstrating Technique

The RKC C-License concludes with a practical exam:

    • Technique Test Turkish Get Up: Stability, control, precision
    • RKC 100 Swing Test: Resilience and clean technique under time pressure

Your Entry into Professional Kettlebell Coaching

With the C-License, you become an expert in Basics in Perfection.
You can now not only lead groups but also identify individual weaknesses, improve them specifically, and systematically prepare clients for the B-License.
